Making Plans for Misery
They manufacture this. They have a factory.
Give lies away for free to keep you terrified.
It's so indelicate. It won't bear scrutiny
Come on, it's obvious. Or is it only me?
They're working hard.
Feel the sanctions bite.
They smother life
Making plans for misery
Level the playing field. Then the hospital.
Take out the schools too; it's only practical.
Steal what's in the ground, yeah they ship it out.
Can you see it yet? See what it's all about?
So this is the game. This is the game they play.
First they set it up; make out you knock it down.
So this is the game. This is the game they play.
First they set it up then make out that you knock it down.
They manufacture this. But we're not buying it.
Time to spread the word. Time to get it heard.
Read between the lines. Learn to spot the lies.
Time to spread the word. Time to get it heard.
The Minneapolis band add a horn section, a running surrealist allegory about walls, and an occasional nod to the elegiac to their electroshocked post-punk. Bandcamp Album of the Day Mar 4, 2024

Hey Frankie! Great work , once again. I feel very grateful to have had the chance to meet you a couple times... once at Pouzza in Montreal and once in Atwerp Belgium last summer. Your music is a reflection of how much a of great human being you are. My kids understood the real meaning of punk rock when they also had the chance to meet you last summer. Keep it going forever! Cheers!! Your Canadian friends, JF , Felix, Julien. Ps: I have more bottles of barleywine for you!
